Placing an order from Daga Design is easy. Here we hope to answer questions about the ordering process.

After deciding which sculpture you want, you can place your order from the from each sculpture's individual gallery page. Below the text about the sculpture there is a table listing the avaiable choices. Please click on your desired choices and enter the quanity you would like, then click the "add to cart" button or just hit your "enter" key.

FAQ Table Of Contents:

Item Description and Item Sizes: The dimensions of each piece are listed on the table, directly below the name. The format, height x width x length, is in inches. This sizing does not include the base.

Glaze Choice: Many sculptures offer a choice of glazes. Please select your preference by clicking the selector in front of the glaze name.

Mounting: Daga Design can mount most sculptures on a ceramic base. Each base is cast from the same clay that is used in the sculptures and is finished with a black glaze, either glossy or matte, whichever is best for the piece. Please select your preference by clicking the selector in front of the mounting choice.

Quantity: The last selection is for indicating the quantity you desire. Highlight the number in the quantity box and enter in the number of pieces you would like to purchase.

Adding to Cart: Adding your selection to the shopping cart can be accomplished in two ways. After you enter the quantity, you can either hit the return key on you keyboard or scroll to the bottom of the table and click the "add to cart" button.

Ordering the same object in two different glaze choices: Perhaps you would like to order the same sculpture in two different glaze choices. For instance, maybe you would like a cat sculpture in the stony glaze and another one in the white glaze. Simply complete the selection process for one set of choices and add to the cart, then continue shopping and add your next set of selections to the cart.

Shipping: All domestic shipments are sent via USPS. An email notice with your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
Shipping is a flate rate of $5.00 for orders shipped in the U.S. and $15.00 for most international shipments. Internation shipments rates vary widely and if the cost of any international shipment is lower than $15.00 we will issue a refund. Shipping to Canada, Europe, and Mexico is often about $8.50. Please feel free to ask for a shipping quote before you place your order. Rates do not include duty, tax, and VAT, these duties are the responsibilty of the buyer.

Customs: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot know what they may be. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Rates do not include duty, tax, and VAT, these duties the responsibilty of the buyer.

Tracking Shipments: An email with your tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships. You can enter your tracking number here to track your package.

Lead Time: Typically a lead time of two to four weeks is nessasry. Each piece is a unique handmade work of art that is created for you when you order it. We can give you a delivery by date once we have recieved your order.

Guarantee: Our work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Discounts: Discounts are available for those who purchase in bulk quantites.

All discounts are automatically applied and updated to your order on the shopping cart page. If you wish to order in a quantity greater than 30 please contact us by email or phone.

Custom Orders: If you don't see exactly what you are looking for, we are happy to talk with you about different glaze colors, mounting options, or even new designs. Please contact us by email or phone and let's see what we can create!

Offline Ordering: If you would prefer to place an order over the phone please give us a call at the studio, (612-729-7380) and we will be happy to help you. Please leave a message, including your phone number and time when we can return your call.
Or you can mail an order to us with a check for the amount. Print our price list, indicate your choices, and mail to Daga Design. Please don't forget to include the shipping cost.

Methods of Payment: We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express as well as Paypal and Google Checkout, for online payments. We also accept checks with orders that are mailed in. All custom orders will be started once payment had been paid in full.
